Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to love your Hope & Clay pieces. If something is not right, please get in touch, and I will always do my best to help.
Earrings - hygiene policy:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Please make sure you read the full product description before purchasing, and feel free to message me with any questions before you buy.
Faulty or damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it at hello@hopeandclaybylea.co.uk. I will ask you to send a photo of the item and the packaging so I can understand what happened. I will always do my best to offer a replacement or refund, because I know how disappointing it is when something you were excited about arrives damaged. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by me.
Items damaged in transit:
If your order appears to have been damaged by Royal Mail in transit, please keep all original packaging and take photos straight away. I will do my best to resolve this for you, and will file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf where possible.
Custom and colour variation orders:
For orders where I have made a colour variation of an existing piece, I will always send you photos for approval before dispatching. Once you have approved the piece, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
Other items (rings, trinkets, barrettes):
For non-earring items, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact me before sending anything back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
